Ordering
When does the next drop go live?
Drops are announced on X (@NEET_SOL) and via the newsletter. Sign up at the bottom of the page to get notified first. Once a drop is live, the product page will show the purchase option.
Do items restock?
No. Each drop is a one-time run. When it sells out, it does not come back. Scarcity is intentional — it is part of what makes the objects worth owning.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed immediately after checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at support@neet.fashion and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (US): 5–10 business days after fulfillment. International orders: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authority. These are not included in the order total at checkout.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received my order.
Check with neighbours and your building reception first. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, email support@neet.fashion with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale items and limited drops are not eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Email support@neet.fashion with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorisation.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the flat garment measurements rather than relying on typical sizing alone.
Do items run true to size?
Our cut is intentionally relaxed. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Specific fit notes are included on each product page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We do not store your card details.
