1. Use of this site

This website is operated by NEET WORLD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited conduct includes transmitting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material, and attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems.

2. Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes; we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if payment is not authorised, items are out of stock, or the order contains an error in pricing or description.

All drops are final-run products. Items do not restock once sold out. Scarcity is a deliberate feature of the brand, not a limitation of operations.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not store payment card details.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment credentials at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. NEET WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched. Contact support@neet.fashion immediately if you need to amend your address before fulfillment.

5. Returns and refunds

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Final-sale items, limited-edition drops, and items marked non-returnable at checkout are not eligible.

To initiate a return, email support@neet.fashion with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without a return authorisation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NEET WORLD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The NEET WORLD name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEET WORLD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
